TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MÜLLER RICE ON-PACK PROMOTION ("Promotion")

THE BITS YOU WANT TO KNOW:

Main Prizes: 1 x £5,000 (or €5,000) Virgin Holiday Voucher ("Virgin Voucher").

Instant Win Prizes:

• 12 x £100 Sports Direct or JD Sports Voucher for UK winners (as chosen by the winner) or €100 Adidas or Nike Voucher (as chosen by the winner) for ROI winners ("£100/€100 Vouchers").
• 300 x Müller Rice branded merchandise items (which may include one of the following: a bucket hat, mini football or flag) ("Merchandise").
• 13,500 x £1 (or €1) off Müller Rice multipack coupon and 1,500 x free Müller Rice multipack to be redeemed against any Müller Rice multipack (excluding Müller Rice Protein) to be redeemed in-store only at selected Asda and Tescos ("Coupons").

Promotional Period: the period from 29.05.2026 at 00:00am until 21.08.2026 at 23:59pm ("Closing Date") inclusive.

Number of Entries: Maximum of one Coupon per person per day. Maximum of one £100 (or €100) Voucher per person. Maximum of one item of Merchandise per person.

How to Enter: During the Promotional Period, entrants must go to www.winyourwaytotheusa.co.uk or scan the QR code on a Müller Rice promotional pack to play the Win Your Way To The USA Game ("the Game") and follow the on-screen game instructions. If an entrant successfully collects 20 points or more (by the end of the Game) and scores a penalty, they will be in with a chance of winning an Instant Win Prize. Points are awarded by picking up Müller products within the Game and scoring penalties and points can be lost if the entrant is tackled. Instant Win Prizes are randomly allocated and the entrant will find out whether or not they have won a prize by a pop-up notification within the Game after scoring a penalty. Entrants with the highest scores will make it onto the leaderboard. The Main Prize winner will be selected at random from the top 100 leaderboard at the end of the promotional period. Entrants must provide their name, email address and home address (for Merchandise) to receive their prize. No purchase necessary.

Geographical Restrictions: Open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland only.

THE PROMOTER:

The Promoter is Muller UK & Ireland Group LLP (t/a Müller Yogurts & Desserts), a limited liability partnership registered in England with partnership number OC384928 whose registered office is at Shrewsbury Road, Market Drayton, Shropshire TF9 3SQ (the "Promoter").

This promotion is run in conjunction with Savi (UK) Limited (company number 05672386) whose registered office is at Weldon House, Corby Gate Business Park, Corby, Northants NN17 5JG.

WHO CAN ENTER:

This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years or over.

This Promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, such employees' immediate families or anyone else professionally involved in the Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER:

This is an online promotion and internet access is required. Online entries only.

To enter, entrants must go to www.winyourwaytotheusa.co.uk to play the Win Your Way to the USA Game, collect 20 points or more in the Game and successfully score a penalty to be in with a chance of winning an Instant Win Prize. Points are awarded by picking up Müller products within the Game and scoring penalties and points can be lost if the entrant is tackled. Instant Win Prizes are randomly allocated and the entrant will find out whether or not they have won a prize by a pop-up notification within the Game. Entrants with the highest scores will make it onto the leaderboard. The Main Prize winner will be selected at random from the top 100 leaderboard on the Closing Date. Entrants must be on the top 100 leaderboard at the Closing Date to be in with a chance of winning the Main Prize.

All Instant Win Prize winners will be determined at random, within the Game. Not all entrants who collect a minimum of 20 points and score a penalty will receive a prize.

The Main Prize winner will be selected at random from all entrants who are on the top 100 leaderboard at the Closing Date.

Entrants must provide their name, email address and home address (if winner of Merchandise) to receive their Instant Win Prize. The winner of the Main Prize will be required to join an online call with the Promoter's agency to verify their age and identity before receiving their prize.

Entrants must not use a false name or email address or provide any false information when registering for use of the Game/Promotion. The Promoter may at its entire discretion refuse, remove, or suspend registration at any time, for any reason.

The Game will only be accessible during the Promotional Period. Any attempts to enter or play the Game outside of the Promotional Period will not be valid and any prize wins during this time will be deemed void.

There is no purchase necessary.

By playing the Game, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible.

THE PRIZES:

There is one Main Prize available to win (1 x £5,000 (or €5,000) Virgin Holiday Voucher).

There are 15,312 Instant Win Prizes consisting of:

• 12 x £100 Sports Direct or JD Sports vouchers for UK winners or €100 Adidas or Nike vouchers for ROI winners. The winner will choose which Voucher they will receive subject to whether they are a UK or ROI winner and subject to availability.
• 300 x Müller Rice branded merchandise items (which may include one of the following: a bucket hat, mini football or flag).
• 1,500 x free Müller Rice multipack (excluding Müller Rice protein) to be used in-store at selected Asda and Tesco only for the UK and Tesco only for ROI.
• 13,500 x £1 (or €1) off a Müller Rice multipack (excluding Müller Rice protein) to be used in-store at selected Asda and Tesco only for the UK and Tesco for ROI.

A maximum of one Coupon per person per day. Maximum of one £100 (or €100) Voucher per person. Maximum of one item of Merchandise per person.

MAIN PRIZE — VIRGIN HOLIDAY VOUCHER:

The Virgin Voucher will be subject to Virgin's terms and conditions: thevirgingiftcard.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.

The Virgin Voucher can be exchanged for a variety of goods or services, current suppliers are shown at thevirgingiftcard.co.uk.

If the Virgin Voucher is to be used on a Virgin holiday, the holiday can only be booked over the phone by calling 0344 472 9646.

The Virgin Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and will expire 2 years from the date of issue.

£100 / €100 VOUCHERS:

Winners choose which Voucher they would prefer — UK winners have a choice of Sports Direct or JD Sports; ROI winners have a choice of Adidas or Nike. EMC3 Reality Ltd will issue the Voucher. Once the winner has chosen, no exchanges can be made.

Vouchers can be used online or in-store, subject to the voucher-specific terms and conditions.

Adidas Vouchers expire 3 years after the date of issue. Nike Vouchers do not have an expiry date.

Damaged, altered or cancelled Vouchers will not be accepted.

The risk of loss and title for the Vouchers passes to the recipient upon electronic transmission to the winner(s). The Promoter shall not be responsible for loss, theft, destruction or unauthorised use of any Vouchers.

COUPONS:

Once activated, the Coupons can be redeemed in-store only at Tesco (excluding Tesco Express) for ROI winners, or Tesco (excluding Tesco Express) or Asda (excluding Asda Express) for UK winners. Coupons cannot be redeemed online.

Only one Coupon can be used per order. Coupons must be activated within 7 days of receipt and redeemed within one hour of activation, against Müller Corner Rice multipack (4 pack), excluding Müller Rice Protein. In the event that the Müller Corner Rice multipack is sold out, winners will be able to redeem the coupons against any Müller Rice singles up to the equivalent value of the original Coupon.

Coupons are issued and valued in GBP (£) for the UK and in Euros (€) for ROI.

The risk of loss and title for the Coupons shall pass to the recipient upon electronic transmission. Neither the Promoter nor Savi UK shall be responsible for loss, theft, destruction or unauthorised use of any Coupons.

PRIZE DELIVERY:

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.

Whilst the Promoter will make every effort to honour the advertised prizes (in whole or in part), the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize with an alternative of similar value (in whole or in part).

The winner of the Main Prize will be required to join an online call with the Promoter's agency to verify their age and identity before receiving their prize. The Main Prize will be delivered electronically by EMC3 Reality Ltd to the email address provided and confirmed by the Main Prize winner. In the unlikely event that the Main Prize does not arrive within 10 working days of the verification call, the winner must inform EMC3 by emailing support@emc3.co.uk. If the winner does not attend a verification call given reasonable opportunity to do so, the Promoter reserves the right not to issue the Main Prize and to redistribute it at random.

Instant Win Prizes (excluding the Merchandise) will be delivered electronically by EMC3 Reality Ltd (on behalf of Savi UK) to the email address provided by the entrant in the Game. Prizes will be delivered within 48 hours of receiving the win notification in the Game.

For Merchandise Prizes, EMC3 Reality Ltd will send out one piece of Merchandise (at random) to the winner's home address as confirmed within an email to EMC3 Reality Ltd by replying to the claim email. Merchandise will be posted within 30 working days of receiving the address. The type, style and colour of the Merchandise will be determined at random and cannot be exchanged for another type of Merchandise.

The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of the prize caused by the provision of wrong information or other causes beyond its reasonable control. Where the contact details are invalid, the Promoter reserves the right to randomly re-allocate the prize without liability to the original winner.

PRIZE DRAW:

Instant Win Prize winners will be selected at random, via the Game, from those that have successfully collected a minimum of 20 points and scored a penalty. Entrants will be notified whether or not they have won by way of a pop-up notification within the Game.

The Main Prize winner will be selected at random from all entrants who made it to the top 100 leaderboard at the Closing Date.

DATA PROTECTION:

Savi UK's partner EMC3 Reality Ltd ("EMC3") will collect and process entrants' personal data in connection with this Promotion for the purposes of delivery of prizes and/or as otherwise required by law. EMC3 will process personal data strictly in accordance with all applicable data protection laws. Data is only collected from winners for the purposes of delivering prizes, and all personal data will be deleted 30 days after the end of the Promotional Period. In accordance with current guidelines, if you are a winner, the Promoter may publish or make available on request information that confirms an award took place, including your surname, county and, if applicable, the entry itself. You have the right to object, or to ask for less information to be made available. If you are a Main Prize winner, we may wish to use your personal data to announce you as the winner and for reasonable promotional purposes connected to this Promotion. If you wish to object, please contact consumers@muller.co.uk.

LIABILITY:

Winners agree to be fully responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and/or tax liabilities incurred in claiming and using the prize(s).

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from entry into the Promotion or a winner's acceptance or use of the prize(s). Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Promoter will not be responsible for any damage or loss to an entrant that is not reasonably foreseeable. The Promoter's responsibility for any damage, loss or injury to an entrant under these terms and conditions or otherwise in connection with the Promotion shall be limited to the value of the prize won by the entrant.

Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any personal injury or death resulting from entry into the Promotion or a winner's acceptance of the prize.

The Promoter will not be responsible for losses, failures or delays relating to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) acts of God, war, pandemics, strikes, disease, disputes, third-party websites or platforms (including social media) not in its direct control, or the acts or defaults of any suppliers of prizes.

Each entrant will indemnify (and will keep indemnified) the Promoter and its affiliates against all costs, claims, losses, damages, expenses (including legal expenses) or other liability arising as a result of a breach of these terms and conditions, negligence or any other action which imposes an unreasonable burden on the Website (including but not limited to the use of software robots).

THE FINAL BITS:

The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entrants may only enter the Promotion for personal non-commercial use.

If any entries have been submitted using scripts, automated systems, collaborative practices, brute force or via a third party for commercial gain, such entries will be deemed invalid.

The Promoter does not guarantee that the Game will be operational on any specific device or system or that it will be error-free or available all the time. The Promoter will not be responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connection or difficulties of any kind in the operation of the Game howsoever caused which affect the operation of the Promotion.

The Game may contain links to other websites, including those of third parties. These links are provided for convenience and are not under the control of the Promoter and as such we make no warranty, either express or implied, concerning the content of such websites including claims of infringement or that such websites are devoid of viruses or error-free.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to eliminate or disqualify you from participating in the Promotion.

The rights and remedies of the Promoter under these terms and conditions are without prejudice to its rights under the law. These terms and conditions shall not create any rights or benefits enforceable by any third party by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision will be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause will not affect the validity of the rest of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason and without liability to any entrants for doing so. Please check these terms and conditions regularly as any changes are effective immediately to any entrants.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
